“When people succeed, it is because of hard work. Luck has nothing to do with success.”

Some may say that famous people always have good luck. Because of with the luck they get the better of other people. But the masses ignore other reasons of success. There are several reasons are the critical factors of success.

First, Rome was not built in a day. It’s well known that most successful people decided their goal early. They pay a lot of attention in a specific area and continue to work on it for many years. For example, Wolfgang Amadeus Moza that greatest musician in the world stared his career, when he was five years old. Warren Buffett, who most rich person in the world, researched the way to be rich, when he was seven years old. They both spend a lot of time to practice how to succeed. There is no doubt that practice makes perfect.

Second, successful people never give up. No matter how hard, they won’t give up before the tasks are finished. Despite a number of setbacks, they persevered in their attempts to get success. When they have problems, they are patient to find a solution. For instance, Edison tried to invent a light bulb. He failed a hundred times. People laughed at him and thought he would fail. But he didn’t give up and told his friend. ”I have already known a hundred ways that it can’t work.”

Third, Edison also said “Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety nine percents perspiration.” It states that successful people always work hard. Even when they became famous, they still work hard everyday. The research have been established a connection between the CEO working hours and the ability to make a profit.

It is very clear that people have successful life not because of they are lucky.They work hard and never give up. They are always finding a way to fulfill their work to be a successful person.

In my opinion, I agree that physical exercises are much more important to the elderly people than to the young people. Others may say that doing exercise help young people to develop healthy. However, the physiology of human was declining, when people get older. So the elderly people need to do exercises more than young people to keep health for three reasons.

First of all, the rate of metabolism in elderly people is slower than young people.

The research states Metabolism of human body is slowed down by ageing. Many diseases in elderly people are caused by the metabolic disorder. However, doing exercise is able to increase the rate of metabolism. To solve the problem which is caused by aging to keep the elderly people healthy.

Second, the amount of daily activity of elderly people is fewer than young people. Most of elderly people who work stay in the same position for many hours in front of the computer every day and go anywhere by vehicle. The young people have many courses of physical education. They play sports in leisure time and go anywhere on foot. The elderly people daily activity most is a stationary state. They should do exercise in leisure time to maintain their health.

Third, doing exercise can help the elderly people to release their stress. The people who are responsible for many duties will have a lot of stresses in their life. Doing exercise is a best way to release stress. For example if you go for a walk for 30 minutes three days a week. It will help your body to relax.

It is clear that physical exercise is more important for older people than for younger people. This is because older people's life style in modern needs to do exercise to keep their health. Their health condition could affect their quality of life. Only if the elderly people keeping health, they can take care of the young people. Thus, doing exercise is important for older people.

In my view, I agree that it’s better for children to choose jobs that are similar to their parents’ jobs. Some may argue that it should depend on whether or not the job is interesting to the children. However, if children did not choose the jobs which are similar to their parents’ jobs, they would not know whether this is their interest or not. Besides, there are several reasons for why choosing those jobs that are similar to their parents’ jobs is better.

First of all, you will understand the job in a more efficient way. It is now generally accepted that to totally understand the duties of job, one should take three years. If your parents tell you all of the details of their jobs,you will understand the duties faster than your competitors. You also don’t have to waste your time doing job that is not suitable for you. Even a job which is similar to your parents’ jobs is not suitable for you after you tried,because you would have spent as much time trying to understand the job as well as yourself.

Second, you will do the job better than your competitor. Because your parents will share their experiences, you can avoid making mistakes. When you are confused instructions and duties, your parents can make a suggestion to you. When you lost lose your confidence in a difficult circumstance, they can give you wise advice. For example, your boss allots a job to you. The clients were not satisfied with the way the company is handling all of the problems,but the decision was made by your boss, and you don’t want to lose your client either. Between both of you, neither of you knows how to solve the problem. In this case, if you have a parent who is experienced in the area to help you, the opportunity of success will be higher than your competitor.

Third, you can get more resources from your parent than your competitor. If your parents worked in the same area for many years, they have accumulated a lot of relationships in the workplace. For example, if you want to exploit the market, your parents can introduce their friends to you to help you. They can share their business networks with you. In turn, you will do your job more efficiently because of this. They can even work together. Like people say. “Half the work,twice the effect.”

It is obvious that if children choose jobs that are similar to their parents’, they will succeed quickly compared to others. This is because the parents will support their children. Moreover, they can communicate with each other.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Most of the environmental issues are too complicated today. Individuals cannot do anything about them.

People should be responsible to protect our earth. Others may say that the environmental issues are too complicated could be changed by one person’s strength. Environmental issues indeed have its difficulties, but the cause of environmental pollution is mankind. Today we are used to living in convenient world. We should be responsible to protect our environment at the same time.

First, People should treasure the resources that we have. Humans live on earth because of the resources here. If the environment is destroyed, we could not survive either. Everyone should thinking about what they can do to reduce waste. For example, you can turn off switches and unplug appliances whenever possible. You also can carry around your own chopsticks, cups, handkerchiefs and bags and eat more vegetables and less meat.Those actions are not difficult at all, but can make some different to our world.

If every individual had an environment friendly attitude, the world will be changed. Because people can be influenced by other people. For instance, individuals all support the solutions of environment friendly. Politicians will try to legislate environment friendly laws. Enterprise will be more concerned about whether their product is environment friendly or not. Media will concerned about environmental issues. People will understand that the environment is a serious issue, and the concern will be passed to next generation. One person’s strength is small, but unity is strength. If everyone can work together, we can make the world different.  

On the whole, Individuals can do a lot of things about making their life environmentally friendly, and it’s not complicated at all. There is no doubt that people should treasure the resources which allow us to live. If we have a desire to preserve our natural resources, our generation will live a happy life. This is why we should be more concerned about the environmental issues.
